Foreign Minister Julie Bishop held a media conference this morning and advised that an Australian woman was in a serious condition in hospital, and two men, believed to be from Victoria, have also been reported with injuries but Bishop said the extent of those injuries was yet to be confirmed.Catalan police have arrested two men – one Moroccan and the other from the Spanish enclave of Melilla in North Africa – in relation to the terror attack, although neither was the driver of the van.
